Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your ClaimNova subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: We offer a limited 7-day refund window for annual subscriptions. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee and the value of any tokens or services used during that period. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. One-Time Services
Fees for one-time services, such as "Professional Claim Review" or "Expedited Processing," are non-refundable once the service has been performed or the review process has begun.
