For carriers and independent-adjusting firms

A consistent second reading of every file.

Independent and reproducible, with a record of how each answer was reached. The same method on every file, whoever on the claim submits it.

Derivation Record

Method
The version and publication date, and the six steps: read, extract, cite, reconcile, mark undetermined, write the trace.
Rulebook
The measurement rules by jurisdiction and line type, named by version key.
Authority index
The edition of statutes, bulletins and adopted codes measured against.
Inputs
The file count, the page count, and a fingerprint of the sealed input set.
Review
Flagged and undetermined items reviewed by a person who does not see who ordered; each review logged.
Decisions
None. The record measures the file and stops.
Reproduce
Any party holding the same files can run the same method version and obtain the same record.
The annex attached to every report. This is the page your compliance team reads.

What your compliance team will ask

Does the reviewer know who ordered?
No. Review is blind to the ordering party, and the fee is the same whatever the result. Those two facts are how a measurement stays a measurement.
Does it characterize our conduct?
No. The report records dates and documents and takes no position on anyone’s conduct. The statutory-deadline annex is optional and is produced only when you supply the trigger date.
Can other parties on a claim order one?
Yes, from the same file and the same method. It is a measurement, like a roof report, and takes no position. That is what makes it usable in your file.
How is AI used, and who reviews?
Software extracts and tags; people review flagged and undetermined items. Each report carries method, rulebook and authority-index versions and a sealed input fingerprint.
Where does the data live?
Hosting, subprocessors and retention are on the Trust and governance page as they are stated.
What do we hand our examiner?
The Derivation Record on each file. Carriers can pilot the extended annex on closed files under agreement.

How a pilot works

  1. Pick closed files. We run them under a signed agreement, not the web form.
  2. Your QA team compares each report to the file. Any divergence is a defect we fix with a new method version, never a quiet edit.
