1. Who we are

ClaimNova produces the Claim Basis Report, a neutral read of a claim file. The contracting entity is ClaimNova Technology LLC (entity name is DRAFT — pending counsel confirmation). ClaimNova does not adjust or handle claims.

2. What the service is

Through this storefront you can order the Claim Basis Report ($195): a neutral read of the claim file that records the provisions and authority on the record, reconciles the amounts the documents state, states the handling timeline against the deadlines on record, and marks what the file does not show as undetermined. A rush 24–48 hour add-on (+$150) is available on request. You upload the claim documents listed for the report, and we deliver the report through a secure ClaimNova link. The report does not determine coverage, name an amount owed, or take a position for or against any party.

Stated turnarounds are measured from the moment we confirm your document set is complete. The report records what the file contains — including what is absent — rather than waiting for a particular set.

3. No online payment; no accounts

No payment is collected online, and there are no customer accounts today. Prices shown on the storefront are informational. Nothing is charged until we confirm your document set; invoicing, when it applies, happens after that confirmation and outside this website.

4. What the report is not

The Claim Basis Report is a record, not a recommendation. It does not determine coverage, calculate an amount owed, predict an outcome, or advise on settlement or negotiation. Nothing in it is advice to accept, reject, or dispute any position. What you do with the record is your decision.

5. What ClaimNova is not

ClaimNova is a documents-and-facts service. We do not provide legal advice, and we are not a law firm. We are not a public adjusting firm, and we do not adjust, handle, or negotiate claims. ClaimNova does not adjust or handle claims.

6. Your documents and data rights (DRAFT — pending counsel)

This section mirrors the substance of the draft consent-gate specification and is pending counsel review. When you place an order, we collect the order-form fields and the claim documents you upload, and we use them to perform the review you ordered. Our commitments:

• Identifiable firm, client, or claim data is never sold, and your firm’s data is never shared.
• Claim materials may be de-identified so that no person, firm, or claim can be identified from them before they are used to improve the service. Only de-identified material is ever used that way.
• You may request deletion of your order data at any time via the contact below.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables are prepared for your firm; your firm owns every output. You retain all rights in the documents you submit. You represent that you are authorized to share the claim materials you upload.

Data. You own the information you submit. We use it to provide the Service. We may compile and aggregate that information into de-identified data, which we own and may use, analyze, publish, license, and share with partners and other third parties for research, benchmarking, product development, and the development and licensing of datasets. De-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or any individual, and we do not attempt to re-identify it. You confirm you have the authority to submit the information and to permit these uses.
