How the work is done
Software reads every page of the file and tags each fact with the document and page it came from. What the file cannot show is marked “cannot be told” and never filled. People review flagged items. The reviewer does not see who placed the order, and the fee is the same whatever the result. The method is published, versioned, and changed only by a new version number, never a quiet edit.

The Derivation Record
Every report ships with an annex that makes it checkable: the method version, the rulebook and authority-index versions applied, the steps taken in order, the input set and its fingerprint, and the human-review log. Any party holding the same files can run the same method and get the same record. The record carries method and sources, not anyone’s model, weights, pricing logic or internal rules.
What we hand you
Every report carries a Derivation Record: where each answer came from, the method version, and the log of human review. It is there to be read against whatever your organization is asked to document. This page is not legal advice.
